BookTree was founded by Australian Indie Authors for Australian authors.
We are aware of the challenges associated with self-publishing — particularly in terms of online sales and shipping. That’s why we built BookTree: a platform to help indie authors sell and deliver their books without needing to set up their own store or warehouse.
We are not a publisher, and we do not take control of your book. You retain 100% of your rights. You take care of your own marketing while we support you behind the scenes.
We also offer professional, fee-for-service publishing assistance: editing, formatting, cover design and more. You pick what you need, and pay only for the services you want.

Do I lose any rights to my book? Absolutely not. You retain all rights, branding, and creative control.
Do you promote or market my book? No. You’re responsible for your own marketing. We handle sales processing and delivery.
What other services do you offer? We provide optional, fee-for-service assistance to help you with the publishing process – such as editing, book design, formatting, ISBN setup, and more— but you remain the publisher.
