At BookTree Publishing, we are committed to ensuring that your books are delivered to you efficiently and safely. This Shipping Policy outlines the shipping terms, options, and timeframes for all orders placed through our website.

  1. Shipping Destinations

We ship to all locations within Australia. Please note that some remote or regional areas may experience longer shipping times.

  1. Shipping Options & Costs

We offer a range of shipping options to suit your needs:

  • Standard Shipping (within Australia) Estimated delivery: 3-7 business days. Cost: Flat rate of $3.70 AUD.
  • Express Shipping (within Australia) Estimated delivery: 1-3 business days. Cost: $9.15 AUD.

All shipping times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control, such as carrier delays.

  1. Order Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 3 PM AEST, on weekends, or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

  1. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can track your package directly on the carrier’s website using the provided tracking number.

  1. Delivery Issues

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact our customer service team at orders@booktree.com.au with your order number. We will do our best to assist you.

  1. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.

  1. Changes to Shipping Information

If you need to change your shipping address or other details after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible at orders@booktree.com.au. We will do our best to accommodate changes before the order is dispatched.

  1. Lost or Damaged Packages

We take great care in packaging your books to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. However, if your order arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the shipment at orders@booktree.com.au, and we will assist in resolving the issue.

In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, we are required to guarantee that products are delivered within a reasonable timeframe and that they match the description provided at the time of purchase. If your order does not meet these requirements, you are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement.
